Printed Circuit Board Polishing Water Filtration Dehydrator New F2 Filter
The New F2 series, with a delivery record of 2,000 units, now also includes a 24-hour continuous operation model.
The New F2 filter for printed circuit board polishing water filtration and dehydration machines has been enhanced with the addition of the L type, which operates continuously for 24 hours, bringing the total to three types and six models, following the successful delivery of 2,000 units of the New F2 series. By circulating the polishing water, it reduces the burden of wastewater treatment and lowers costs through water conservation. It aims to prevent clogging of pipes and nozzles, as well as sedimentation in underground pits, while facilitating the sale of copper powder. The machine features a compact and simple structure, making it extremely easy to handle, with reset operations completed in about 10 to 15 minutes. The special vertical groove structure in the filtration chamber and the flow rate create a slurry concentration effect that enables efficient filtration and dehydration. After filtration, instant dehydration is performed using compressed air, and the recovered copper powder is extracted as a solid. The filter cloth can be removed each time, and only the dehydrated solids are extracted without washing. Clear filtered water is obtained through the perlite filtration membrane. Various types can be selected according to application, from stainless steel for the filtration chamber (standard) to stainless steel for contact parts.
